Organizational History

Hamilton Homes, Inc. is a residential Building/ Development company founded in the Fall of 1991 by John Muir Falacci. Since it's inception, Hamilton Homes continues to grow on a reputation for providing quality and value.

Company president, John M. Falacci, received his education in Urban/Economic Planning from the University of Maine and Salem State College, Salem Massachusetts. John launched his career in professional planning as an assistant planner for the Town Of Methuen and a City Planner for Saco, Maine.

Recruited from the public sector, John joined the staff of one of the largest full spectrum development firm's in New England, as a Development Officer. His expertise and knowledge in site location, land acquisition, permitting, marketing, and financing enabled him to work on projects ranging from large Master Plan Golf Course Communities to single custom homes from Florida to Maine.

Since the start of Hamilton Homes, John has focused on structuring a team of professionals to meet the housing needs of today's competitive market. Briefly, those needs are top quality at an affordable price. They also include reliability, honesty, integrity, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. These are the fundamentals that Hamilton Homes has set for its foundation.
