· Roofs will be shingled with architectural asphalt shingles.

· Seamless gutters with down spouts.

· Complete Professional landscaping.

· High Efficiency Gas Log Fireplace.

· Kohler Plumbing Fixtures.

· High-energy efficient furnace by Lenox.

· Paved Driveway with Lamppost.

· Generous allowances for Cabinets, Lighting Fixtures, Floor Coverings, and Appliances. Selections to be made through Builders discounted accounts.

· All homes to be pre-wired for Home Security Systems.

· All Homes to be serviced by Town water, Natural Gas, and Underground Utilities.
